Lending a Hand, Or Giving Back In Singapore

I had actually committed myself to a bit of charity work in Singapore….in the Summer of 1992. My ship had pulled into Singapore for a two-week stay, and some of us were asked if we wanted to spend a morning with some children at a local orphanage. Several of us went and had a great morning with our new friends. If I recall, we did some painting and light renovation work, but it was still a great experience. When you have the time, try giving some time to others.
