Everyone deals with stress…at work, home and in our personal lives. Many people get so wound up with stress that they neglect the healthy things that should be done for themselves every day. Sleep, the right foods, and exercise are especially important. While I’ve never had a problem in these areas (especially eating), I hope these ideas will help at least one of you.
