The flu season is here…unfortunately. With COVID-19 still rampant is many places, it would be easy for people to get the symptoms from both ailments confused. Here is some information that I hope helps. Also, follow these tips from one of my previous posts.

This is my third post on the Coronavirus epidemic. My first post was about some preventive steps. I’m sure many have already heard the same information from various media. As the situation grew worse globally, well-intentioned people were trying to share correct information.
Yesterday, I posted some links to different sites to get correct stats on the virus. I simply wanted to offer options for accurate information.

Since the news of CV19 broke, we hear different numbers from different sources everyday about different stats. No matter the source, I think these infosites get alot of traffic, since quarentines have started around the world.

I’ve heard of WorldOMeters…but never checked the page. How is it, compared to the WHO and CDC websites? Who do you trust? Which makes you feel better about the situation?
Here in Japan, I usually refer to Kyodo News…they have a interactive graphic, showing stats for Japan. It’s been enough for me, since I am able to keep up with infect rate in my prefecture, at least.
