This is my third post on the Coronavirus epidemic. My first post was about some preventive steps. I’m sure many have already heard the same information from various media. As the situation grew worse globally, well-intentioned people were trying to share correct information.
Yesterday, I posted some links to different sites to get correct stats on the virus. I simply wanted to offer options for accurate information.
Today, I discovered this great video on managing the personal mental side of all of this. The tone of the video is calming and practical, so please watch and share. It offers alot of useful tips to help someone filter what they hear…and temper it with practicality and positivity.
