Maybe there is a point where, as a parent (or guardian) of an autistic child or adult, you have to step in and make changes in your child’s interests or habits. You obviously want them to be happy (and hopefully prevent meltdowns..depending on the person), so maybe these tips will help. Just do it gradually, if you think it needs to be done.
